Wrongful Death – $11.5M

In June 2020, “Frank” was gunned down in his front yard, in front of his three children, over a dispute regarding cars in the alleyway. His son, “Aaron” was also shot in the arm by the perpetrator. Thankfully the murderer was arrested and convicted of Second Degree Murder. Fuicelli & Lee Injury Lawyers helped the surviving family members seek additional compensation by filing a lawsuit against the murderer to recover the immeasurable damages caused by Frank’s wrongful death. The Court awarded a total of $11.5 Million in a default judgment against Frank’s murderer.
