Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision – $750K

It was an icy winter night when the car in front of the Smith family rolled into a ditch. Chris Smith got out of his car to assist them when a semi-truck jack knifed on the road and dumped its load onto Chris and the man he was pulling out of the overturned vehicle, instantly killing them both. John Lee represented Chris’s wife and children, who tragically witnessed these events unfold from their vehicle.
