Let’s face it, we start looking for the best businesses. Thankfully, the Denver Business Journal compiles a list of the Best Places to Work every year. This year, Fuicelli & Lee is proud to announce our selection as one of Denver Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in the small business category for 2022!
What Makes the Best Place to Work?
The Denver Business Journal (DBJ) recognizes the key elements to why someone might love their job: workplace culture. What they want to know is, how does one define a top-rated workplace culture?
They created a Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey to measure what they defined as 10 key engagement categories. These categories focused on team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and finally, benefits. Furthermore, finalists in DBJ’s search for the Best Place to Work needed to have a certain percentage of employees who filled out the survey. Top Golf for the Top-Rated Places to Work
On April 29, DBJ held an awards ceremony at Top Golf to formally announce the rankings and winners of the Best Places to Work in Denver. The employees play such an important part in the work culture that we wanted to recognize them. We enjoy honoring our employees’ outstanding work with employee appreciation days, so why not treat our team to some Top Golf to celebrate?
DBJ organized a fun event at Top Golf in Centennial completed with lunch and name tags so we could easily recognize and mingle with other Best Places to Work nominees. Since their categories were based on the size of the company, there were small businesses (with 10-24 employees), all the way up to “Giant” companies of over 250 employees.
Thanks to DBJ’s focus areas and ranking system, an amazing team, and leadership full of integrity, we’re excited to announce our ranking as Denver Business Journal’s 6th Best Places to Work!
