Q&A in Keith’s Corner
What does all of this mean to Attorney Keith Fuicelli? Here’s what we talked about in Keith’s Corner:
What does it mean to you to be on the board of Directors?
Being on the board of an organization I care so deeply for, and whose mission I am so passionate about, is a true honor. The fact you are elected by your peers makes it even that much more special.
What are some of the main benefits of the CTLA?
I get to help with the legislative agenda and stay in close contact with some of the best attorneys in the state, many of whom practice areas of law that I do not, such as Medical Malpractice and Mass Torts.
Have you ever implemented something from CTLA into Fuicelli & Lee as a firm?
Absolutely, I get all kinds of ideas picking the brains of fellow board members on everything from trial strategy to office procedure.
Are there any upcoming CTLA events you’re looking forward to?
We just had the CTLA Convention, which is always a fun experience and fantastic networking opportunity. I also always look forward to the annual Blockbuster Seminar, which covers ideas, tactics, and techniques to win in court and successfully settle cases.
Have you ever served on any of the other CTLA committees?
I was co-chair for the CTLA Seminar Committee. In that committee, we helped plan and run educational seminars for our members.
What words of wisdom would you give to a new member of the CTLA?
Get involved! Attend all the seminars you can. Read everything on the listserve. Offer to help other members in any way you can during trials. Lastly, watch as many trials as you can.
