The newest report from the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) states that the number of pedestrians killed in Colorado last year dropped from 33 to 23. The GHSA findings, which rely on preliminary data, reported that there were 2,125 fatal pedestrian accidents during the first half of 2014.
